i like the hotel. the staff are nice and the hotel provide excellent service. they refill water daily, and deliver it quickly when i need more. they also change towels and supplies every day.
the shower heads need changing for more powerful showers. i feel the hotel is not as competitive as other hotels now. customers could find alternative options. i hope the charm does not fade.

the staff was helpful and friendly. i arrived early and was able to check in immediately. the hotel is conveniently located near the dubai mall and the airport. the rooms were very clean.
the hotel did not provide basic toiletries like toothbrushes or toothpaste, i had to request them from reception after i arrived.

the breakfast had various food options and good quality. the location was convenient and very close to a metro station. the staff were very cute and helpful .
the rooms are quite small. the air conditioner wasn't cooling. the tv wasn't working either i reported the issue but they could not fix it.
